Durham District School Board’s (DDSB) upcoming 2021-2022 school year calendars for elementary and secondary schools have been approved by the Ministry of Education.
The 2021-2022 school year will begin for students on the following dates:
Regular Calendar Schools (Elementary and Secondary) - Thursday, September 9, 2021
Modified Elementary Schools - Tuesday, August 10, 2021
Modified Secondary Schools - Monday, August 30, 2021

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Schools have been planning their virtual graduation ceremonies for many months. Given the recent relaxation of some safety protocols, schools have the option to supplement those virtual graduations with an outdoor in-person acknowledgement.
